Returns
Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to accept returns, but please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order.


Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable / exchangeable items
Custom products (special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect with the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Right to cancel orders

CCFC Prints reserves the right to cancel any orders before items are dispatched (see terms of service for more details). This may be as a result of suspicious activity, unfulfillable quantity orders, unavailable products or by agreement between you (the Customer) and CCFC Prints. Should an order be cancelled for whatever reason, no items will be dispatched and a full refund will be processed (subject to funds having been received). CCFC Prints will endeavour to contact you immediately before any cancellation activity is processed should this be driven by us.
